To navigate through the app to access different sections and features

On the top-left corner, you can find the following options:
Dashboard - Manage and track your assigned pending & active cases.
My Drafts - View and manage your drafts i.e. progress notes and forms.
All Cases - View and manage all cases within your service.

On the top-right corner, you can find the following options:
Search all Clients - Find any clients within Social360.
Create Case - Initiate a new case for new or existing clients.
Change Service (if applicable) - Switch between services if you belong to multiple services.
Settings (if applicable):User Management - Configure user accounts, access levels, and permissions.
Manage Referral Reasons - View predefined lists for referral reasons.
Manage Referral Sources - View predefined lists for referral sources.
Manage Activity Types - View predefined lists for activity types.
Manage Forms - Customise forms for client data collection, assessments, or feedback.
Reports - Extract data for your service.
Agency Configurations - View user accounts and codesets across services within your agency.
Profile:View Your information - Name, Accreditation Number (Date of Expiry), Agency, Service.
User Guide - Access manual and best practices.
Get Help - Report issues or request assistance.
Logout - Sign out of Social360.
