All Referrals
To view and manage all referrals within your service
On the 'All Referrals' page, you can view all referrals created for your service, including those that have been resolved or canceled.

Search & Filter
Quickly find a client by:
Searching by Client Name or NRIC / FIN (partial matches allowed).
Filtering by Referral Status, Referral Source, Referral Reason, Assigned Staff or Referral Date Range.

Managing Referrals
You can manage all referrals within your service, even those not assigned to you. This is useful when covering for a colleague or assisting while they are on leave. However, before accessing a client’s profile, ensure you have a valid reason to do so.
Keep the referral details up to date by clicking the button on the referral card:
Edit Referral Details - Update the referral source, reasons, and remarks.
Change Referrals Assignment - Assign, reassign, or unassign a caseworker.
Set Referral Status - Update the referral status based on case progression.

Accessing profile of client with resolved referrals
Confirm your intent and select a reason for access. Some of the reasons include: enquiry, error correction, service coordination, etc.
