Client Profile - Top Bar

Key Information

On the top bar, you will find key information about the client, such as:

  • Full Name

  • NRIC [click to copy]

  • Badges [hover to view details]

    • Remarks

    • Indicators

    • Red Flags

  • Sex

  • Date of Birth (Age)

  • Contact Number

  • Address (Housing Type)

Action Button

You can also take several actions, such as:

  • Edit Client Name

  • Add Note

  • Add Sensitive Note (only for accredited social workers)

  • Within the button you can:

    • Add / Edit Remarks

    • Add / Edit Indicators

    • Add / Edit Red Flags

    • Request Info from Client

    • Create Case

Edit Client Name

You will be able to edit Client Name as long as they have not been retrieved from official sources i.e. by using the "Request Info from Client" feature.

Add / Edit Remarks

Use remarks to share important information with anyone who has access to the client profile e.g. Client uses a hearing aid.

Add / Edit Indicators

You can add various indicators related to the client, such as:

  • LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney)

  • ACP (Advanced Care Planning)

  • DPY (Deputyship)

Additionally, there's a free text field where you can note the completion date or any specific details related to these indicators.

Add / Edit Red Flags

Red flags help highlight urgent or critical issues, particularly for other caseworkers. For example, you can flag behavioural concerns, violent tendencies, or any other critical information requiring immediate attention.

Request Info from Client

Clients can grant access to their information via Singpass. Once granted, their information will automatically populate in the client profile.

Step 1: Get the client scan the QR code.

Step 2: Client logs in with Singpass and grants access to retrieve their information.

Step 3: Refresh the profile to see the newly populated information.

The QR code will remain valid until the client submits their information.

If personal particulars are retrieved via Singpass, they will be read-only and cannot be edited, as these fields reflect official records for accuracy.

Create Case

Initiate a new case for the client, with all their details pre-filled.
