To store and download documents related to the client

You can view all of the documents that was added by yourself and other case worker under the 'Documents' tab.

Search & Filter

Quickly find documents by:

  • Searching by Name.

  • Filtering by Service, Updated by or Last Updated.

Upload Documents

To upload a document, click Choose files to select a file from your device, or simply drag and drop it into the attachment box.

Other Actions

Once uploaded, you can:

  • Download - Save the file to your computer.

  • Rename - Change the file name to make it easier for others to understand its content.

  • Delete - Remove the file permanently. This action cannot be undone.

You will only be able to rename / delete a document that has been uploaded by another user from your service.
