Progress Notes
To manage detailed case recordings, documenting key interactions and updates related to the client's progress
You can view all progress notes written by yourself and other case workers under the 'Progress Notes' tab.

There are 2 types of progress notes:
Global Note: accessible by any other case worker.
Sensitive Note: accessible only by other accredited social workers.
Search, Filter, Sort
Quickly find progress notes by:
Searching by Title or Content.
Filtering by Submitted by, Service, Attended on, Last updated or Activity type.
Sorting by Last Updated (Newest or Oldest first) or Attended On (Newest or Oldest first).


Compose Global Notes

Write Global Note
To create a global note, click Add Note
on the top right hand corner. This will open a editor similar to the experience of composing a new email in Gmail.
In a progress note, you are required to indicate:
Title
Time Taken (in minutes)
Attended on
Activity Type
When writing a progress note, you can
format your notes using basic styling options such as bold, italics, underline, headers, bullet points, numbered lists, and
add attachment by selecting the
icon or dragging and dropping into the compose window.
add a template by selecting the
icon e.g. PADI, General Assessment, Social Report

Save as Draft
Drafts are automatically saved 10 seconds after you start typing, or after 10 seconds of inactivity. You can also manually save a draft by clicking Save as Draft
in the bottom-right corner.
Publish
Once you're done, click Publish
.
Compose Sensitive Notes

Write Sensitive Notes
To create a sensitive note, click the button next to
Add Note
in the top-right corner. Sensitive notes are easily identifiable by a red header in the compose window.

Edit / Delete Progress Notes
To edit/delete progress notes, click the button:
Edit - You can make changes to a published note at any time.

Delete - When deleting a note, you will be required to provide a reason. The note will remain visible in the Progress Notes tab for audit purposes, but its content will no longer be accessible.
