Cases
To view and manage all cases created for the client within the system
You can access the history of all cases in the system and manage those assigned to you.

Filter
Quickly find cases by:
Filtering by Service, Case Status, Referral Date Range, Referral Source, Referral Reason, or Assigned Staff.

Managing Cases
Manage your cases by clicking the
button on the card:
Edit Referral Details - Update the referral source, reasons, and remarks.
Change Case Assignment - Assign, reassign, or unassign a caseworker.
Set Case Status - Update the case status based on case progression.

Cancelling Cases
To cancel this case, you'll need to provide a reason. This reason will be recorded in the client's profile for record.
