Referrals

To view and manage all referrals created for the client within the system

You can access the history of all referrals in the system and manage those assigned to you.

Filter

Quickly find referrals by:

  • Filtering by Service, Referral Status, Referral Date Range, Referral Source, Referral Reason, or Assigned Staff.

Managing Referrals

Keep your referral details up to date by clicking the button on the referral card:

  • Edit Referral Details - Update the referral source, reasons, and remarks.

  • Change Referrals Assignment - Assign, reassign, or unassign a caseworker.

  • Set Referral Status - Update the referral status based on case progression.

Referrals - Manage Referrals

Only referrals with a Pending status can be cancelled. If you want to cancel an active referral, first change its status to Pending, then cancel it.

Cancelling Referrals

To cancel this referral, you'll need to provide a reason. This reason will be recorded in the client's profile for your records.

To see the cancellation reason, hover over the "Cancelled" badge on the "All Referrals" page or under the "Timeline" tab in the client's profile.
