Referral Statuses

Social360 categorizes referrals into four main statuses to track their progress:

  • Pending → Under review

  • Active → In progress

  • Resolved → Case completed with intervention

  • Cancelled → Case closed without intervention

Agencies have the flexibility to define additional statuses based on their workflows (e.g., "Pending – Before Intake"). However, we’ve kept the default statuses broad to accommodate most use cases.
