Referral Statuses
Social360 categorizes referrals into four main statuses to track their progress:
Pending → Under review
Active → In progress
Resolved → Case completed with intervention
Cancelled → Case closed without intervention

Agencies have the flexibility to define additional statuses based on their workflows (e.g., "Pending – Before Intake"). However, we’ve kept the default statuses broad to accommodate most use cases.
